In The Moment is a series of mindfulness meditations that use our in and out breath to de-stress and generate calming of mind. Through mindful observation of location and our relationship to it, we use spoken phrases, poetry and breath to see and listen deeply and to enable seeing that which may have previously been unseen. This generates clarity and focus on your relationship to the space around you. These meditations gently transport us to the ocean dunes, forest, lake, blue sky, mountain, waterfront, city and the clear blue of the sky.
